I would go for First Direct It's a phone in bank, I've been with them for over 20 years now and i have not had any trouble with them, but I would not like to say about a 100% mortgage, but it wont do any harm to ask. At this moment in the UK what would be the best bank to take out a mortgage with?
There aren't any lenders in the UK offering 100% LTV at the moment.
