My parents are about 60 days late on their mortgage payments, what are their options at this point?

They were refinancing with this company and during the procress of the refi- the company went down. The mortgage lender adviced them to not pay their payments until after the refi-. when the company went down my parents got notified and they were already 60 days left what can they do?My parents are about 60 days late on their mortgage payments, what are their options at this point?
Call the bank, make a payment of some sort!

Start the Re-Fi process to get back on track immediatly!

But the most important thing to do is call the lender, don't avoid them.My parents are about 60 days late on their mortgage payments, what are their options at this point?
They need to get a new mortgage company working on their behalf. I suggest Hometown Banc Corp. They may be your best opportunity for someone to say yes. If your credit does not measure up, they don’t simply “forget to call you back.” They help you get into a credit repair program you can afford regardless of income. Check out the free evaluation form at the source website and a Hometown loan officer will contact you .
They need to call the mortgage company and talk to them about setting up a payment schedule to make sure that they don't start the foreclosure process.
Bring the payments current immediately. This is option one.

Option 2 pay 1 1/2 payments. Option 3 Pay 1 and make a deal with them on payment 2.

Option 4. File for chapt 13.

They need to contact their current lender and talk with them about this mess. They know the crooks out there. Shoot they are probably one of them too. But communication is the way out of this thing.

And for anyone else reading this NEVER NEVER STOP MAKING YOUR MORTGAGE PAYMENTS BECAUSE YOU ARE RE-FI,ING. THAT IS A BUNCH OF GARBAGE TELLING YOU TO NOT PAY WHILE YOU REFI.

It only hurts your credit, your ability to borrow when needed not them.
